A Legal Disclaimer

All jewelry manufactured for Qala is done with special care and intricacy because of the delicacy. Since each piece is made to order, we ask for allowance of at-least 7 to 10 business days(excluding weekends) before you can get your bundle of joy. We understand that sometimes you will have to meet a specific deadline, for which we expect you to email us at qalafinejewellery@gmail.com and we will get back to you for the same.
Qala is extending a special discount for your initial order. Subsequent orders shipping fee will be charged based on the distance between your location and Qala's headquarters.
Customer is requested to provide the correct details of the recipient's name with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
Customers must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through phone/email.
Customer can change the delivery address by contacting our support team before the ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, the option to change the delivery address will not be available.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the shipping provider, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, subject to investigation outcomes. Qala Jewels does not issue refunds for delivery delays outside of our control, in line with applicable consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

International Duties and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Risk and Responsibility for Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Qala Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Qala Jewels will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
