Qala Jewelry's repair policy ensures that any Qala Jewelry piece experiencing a failure due to a defect in material or workmanship within 60 days of delivery will be repaired at no charge to the customer, as determined by Qala Jewelry. Please note that resizing services for rings are not available, and the decision to repair a piece is solely at the discretion of Qala Jewelry.
 

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase to be eligible for repair services, ensuring that only genuine Qala Jewelry products receive repairs. Our commitment is to support our products and customers by addressing and repairing any issues stemming from material or workmanship defects.
