Shipping & Delivery


All jewelry manufactured for Qala is done with special care and intricacy because of the delicacy. Since each piece is made to order, we ask for allowance of at-least 7 to 10 business days(excluding weekends) before you can get your bundle of joy. We understand that sometimes you will have to meet a specific deadline, for which we expect you to email us at qalafinejewellery@gmail.com and we will get back to you for the same.
Qala is extending a special discount for your initial order. Subsequent orders shipping fee will be charged based on the distance between your location and Qala's headquarters.
Customer is requested to provide the correct details of the recipient's name with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
Customers must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through phone/email.
Customer can change the delivery address by contacting our support team before the ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, the option to change the delivery address will not be available.

Return & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Should you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to qualify for a full refund. Custom orders, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the stage of production. Please note that cancellations made after the specified timeframe may incur a restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs. We are unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. To initiate a cancellation or inquire about our cancellation policy, please contact our customer service team at 7073126804.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. The customer will not be refunded for the original and any additional shipping costs paid.
Please be aware that specific items, including custom or personalized orders, eternity bands made to order, and items on sale, are ineligible for exchange or return.
In order to return an item, please make sure that you have registered a request for the same within 7 days of delivery, otherwise Qala reserves the right to deny a return or exchange.
Write to us on qalafinejewellery@gmail.com(image proof is appreciated) within 7 days of delivery and we'd be happy to proceed with the return  as long as the product is unworn, and in original condition.
Upon receiving the product, we will need some time to assess it. We will notify you once the product is confirmed to be in good condition and meets all specified conditions. The refund amount will then be transferred to your bank within 14-21 days of receiving the package.

  2. Handle with Care (Like your Gucci Bag): Treat your gemstones like delicate flowers. They might not wilt, but they sure can crack under pressure. Avoid Rough Handling

  3. Avoid Contact: Refrain from direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant, and makeup.

  4. No Sweat, No Tears, No Chlorine, No Fears: Your jewellery might seem tough, but it's not a fan of extreme sports. Take it off before diving into the pool or sweating it out at the gym. Nobody wants a necklace doing the backstroke in their armpit.

  5. Gentle Cleaning: Clean your jewelry by wiping it with a soft, moist cloth, ensuring thorough drying afterward.

  6. Separate Storage: Store each piece separately, preferably in our Qala Jewelry boxes in a dry closet to avoid moisture
